Neither Prestige Pulsefire nor Normal Pulsefire are worth it, those skins are garbage and the last good ones from that skinline were the Twisted Fate, Shen and Riven ones. It's simply about reducing R affinity with levels, and increasing it with items. Botlaners are behind in levels and equally ahead in items, so shifting R away from levels nerfs mid a lot more than bot.
