Reduvia has pure Physical and is just fine. For the status build-up it works, but dmg scaling itself is buggered. You can simply see the scaling at the weapons stats. Most of the time the stats have something added, for example 200 + 150. Lets say it scales with Dex and you level up it would change to 200 + 152 or so.
